What's going on here then?Maybe you know us, maybe you don't. Thinking about it, you probably will find our show a lot funnier if you know us, maybe went to school with us, played in the same band as us or now go to the same university but that doesn't matter because we ain't doing this to satisfy millions of people. KIT-TV is something we thought up after a beer in a pub, and decided to follow through - unlike most of our other ideas... after a beer... in a pub... |
So what's KIT-TV?We originally wanted to take the piss out of morning television - hence the cheesy themetune and skin crawlingly naff grins on all our faces. But then we thought "well, lets make it into a kind of...er...magazine show I suppose and do loads of stupid sketches and broadcast it over the internet". So here it is, or here it will be. We hope that this sensation will continue over the next three years while we're all at university in Derby, so when it all starts make sure you let us know you're watching! |
Who are you guys then?As I said, we all currently go to the University of Derby, where we study Music Technology and Audio Systems Design. It's no secret that most of the 'jokes' we come up with will be linked to this, and the people involved with this course - but look out for some references from the 'old times' too. As the whole thing will be broadcasted solely over the internet, there will be discussion forums and guestbooks which viewers can email with the views and if we like them, they'll be incorporated into our show. We're not sure of the frequency of our show yet, that is to say we don't know how busy we'll be between making them - so the general rule is keep checking this website : http://www.kittv.50megs.com |
